- Ensures the availability, reliability, scalability, and manageability of the data storage environment
- Works with key technical and business stakeholders to determine data and storage requirements and creates solutions to meet the requirements
- Provides Level 2/3 technical system expertise;
Oversight and accountability for resolution of outages, service level issues, and user/customer support needs in coordination with Operations Support - Manage capacity and performance of the Storage infrastructure ensuring high availability of all systems
- Proactively monitor, test, collect and analyze system performance statistical data to improve quality & ensure optimal performance of all Storage environments
- Create and maintain documentation as it relates to infrastructure systems, design, configuration, support and processes
- Diagnose and resolve complex configuration and bottleneck
