Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our IT team as a CRM System Administrator and Data Engineer. This role requires hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), the Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible not only for supporting Dynamics 365‑based architectural solutions but also for contributing to the management of the data warehouse within a global IT organization.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively collaborate with CRM system users worldwide to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Analyze, design, and develop or configure Dynamics 365 modules—such as Sales, Customer Service, and Admin App—to optimize business processes and workflows.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, supervise external consultants, and collaborate with functional teams on CRM system enhancement projects.
- Stay up to date with the latest features and best practices related to Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and cloud technologies.
- Own and manage technical designs, configurations, and processes, maintaining comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions.
- Enable and support user adoption of Power Platform and Dynamics 365‑based solutions.
- Participate in multi‑system data integration projects, develop data processes, and maintain the data warehouse.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure network functions.
- Experience in IT system ownership, including end‑user support.
- Strong communication, organizational, and influencing skills.
- Solid knowledge of data analytics, data/system integration, data warehousing, and data modeling.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, Java, and SQL.

CompensationThe base salary range for this position in California is $130,000 - $150,000.
