Contract Type: W2. Duration: 6+ months with possible extension.
Location:
San Jose, CA (Hybrid). Pay Range: $45 - $50 per hour on W2.

- Conflict Resolution (intermediate)
This role is responsible for ensuring clients achieve maximum value from digital marketing solutions. You will proactively manage client relationships, drive product adoption, and advocate for customer needs within the organization. The goal is to cultivate strong partnerships that lead to renewals and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic client success plans.
- Drive adoption of digital marketing technology.
- Monitor client health and identify potential risks.
- Act as the primary liaison for customer feedback.
- Facilitate executive-level discussions and presentations.
- Proven experience in SaaS Customer Success.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
- Experience in the SaaS or digital marketing industry is preferred.
