• Inform, influence, support, and execute product decisions through data.
• Apply quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation to understand how customers interact with brand ad products.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, User Research, Designer, and other teams to solve problems, identify trends and opportunities, prioritize build, set goals, and understand the product ecosystem.
• Collaborate with data engineering to build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics that monitor product performance, provide insights, and identify new opportunities.
• Apply technical expertise in quantitative analysis, experimentation, data mining, and data presentation to develop strategies for products that serve billions of people and millions of businesses.

• 3+ years of experience in quantitative analysis.
• BA/BS in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields.

• Advanced degrees are preferred.
• Proven track record of driving business value and improving products with data insights, especially in advertising, growth, or marketing domains.
• Fluency in SQL and one additional programming language (e.g., Python, R).
• Strong ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
• Excellent communication skills to present analysis results to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $179,200 – $292,600 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Base pay is one part of the total package, which may include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
