• Build global logistics and warehousing network, improve operations efficiency and reduce operational cost with data analysis, machine learning and operations research methods.
• Create data portraits and knowledge graphs across dimensions such as vendors, commodities, origin, inventory, production capacity and fulfillment quality; establish data‑driven control‑adjustment methods to enhance outcomes and user experience.
• Highlight global e‑commerce trends to optimize commodity supplies, forecast demand, recommend vendor stocking and enhance production capacity.
• Participate in building the smart supply chain, focusing on business‑oriented data mining and continuous algorithm iteration.
• Analyze the underlying logic of the e‑commerce supply chain and identify improvement opportunities in warehouse layout optimization, inbound and outbound logistics, vehicle routing, inventory stocking and allocation planning.
• Build optimization models and design algorithms to support decision optimization.
• Communicate with customers, understand their business problems, present results, and partner with Operations and R&D teams throughout engagement and implementation.

• Major in computer/automation/statistics/mathematics/logistics/operations research; master’s degree or above; more than 2 years experience in machine learning, data mining and related fields.
• Coding experience solving LP/IP problems using Gurobi, CPLEX, SCIP, ORTools and programming in Python, Go, Java or C++.
• Proficient in basic data structures and algorithms.
• Experience in machine learning, data analytics and feature engineering.
• Self‑driven, adaptable to rapid business changes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Preferred: application of logistics‑related algorithms in e‑commerce, large‑scale operations research optimization experience, familiarity with heuristic algorithms.

• Base salary range: $150,000 – $387,600 annually.
