We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to support our customer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in configuring email platforms, managing templates, and integrating technical workflows to deliver personalized campaigns.

• Set up and manage services within the Braze platform for email marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage JSON files to support campaign personalization and dynamic content delivery.
• Configure and optimize email templates for different customer segments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate Braze with applications and backend systems.
• Ensure campaign quality through testing, debugging, and performance monitoring.

• Strong experience with Braze platform (setup, configuration, and campaign management).
• Proficiency in AWS services for campaign deployment and integration.
• Frontend development experience with React (Hooks) and Type Script .
• Hands-on knowledge of JSON for dynamic template creation and data management.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Experience with multi-channel campaigns (push, in-app, web).
• Familiarity with analytics tools for measuring email performance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in email marketing and technical campaign execution.
