• Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing Tik Tok global incentive and guidance campaigns across various markets/regions.
• Conduct data analysis and regular performance tracking to provide insights, identify anomalies, and coordinate resources for follow-up and deep dives to support business growth.
• Assist strategy team with business performance reviews and optimize data systems to quickly locate issues or identify opportunities.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally and help drive implementation by understanding business needs.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• Strong interest in B2B marketing, affiliate marketing, performance media, and creative advertising.
• Proficient in Excel/SQL and familiar with common data analysis methods.
• Familiarity with Tik Tok as a platform and curiosity about business presence on Tik Tok.
• Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
• Creative eye and detail‑oriented mindset.
• 5 days a week commitment.
• Cross‑disciplinary background (STEM & Business) is a plus.
• Prior internship or project experience in internet companies (e.g., Ads, Social Media, E‑commerce) preferred; exposure to growth, subsidies, or ROI‑related projects is beneficial.
• Ability to intern for 6 months or longer.

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $30–$50.

Interns have day‑one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in the first half of the year, 40 if hired in the second half). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for a housing allowance.
