• Assist Equipment Engineering – Optimizing, improving and providing solutions/feedback for equipment.
• Learn and maintain obsolescence tools.
• PM trainer/assistant to support hybrid shifts.
• Work with maintenance team to troubleshoot, provide long‑term solutions and training.
• Lead and drive the corrective actions associated with equipment issues.
• Assist in transitioning FR/GO Wiki.
• Monitor equipment performance, identify issues and improve tools.
• Certify and train maintenance, chemical technicians and equipment tool owners.
• Establish written procedures and specifications for maintenance tech.
• Work with process engineering team to reduce rework and scrap issues.
• Collaborate with EE on investigations for equipment‑related excursions and provide solutions.
• Assist EE in 8D summary reports to maintenance, production, process and departmental stakeholders.
• Provide safety recommendations on equipment and ensure tools meet QA site requirements.

• AS/BS degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or computer science (preferred).
• Analytical, logical, data‑driven mindset with demonstrated ability to resolve equipment issues.
• Experience managing projects with milestones and timelines; self‑sufficient execution.
• Team player, detail‑oriented, willing to learn and thrive in a cross‑functional manufacturing environment.

• Excellent written and oral communication; able to collaborate with interdepartmental engineering and support functions.
• Understanding of electrical schematics and troubleshooting of machinery.
• Knowledge of photo‑equipment processes, optics, mechanical and robotics.
• Ability to provide mandatory equipment training to maintenance teams.
• Proficiency with micro‑computer applications for optimization, troubleshooting and performance analysis.
• Assist EE in solutions, performance reports, 8D resolutions and follow‑through actions.
• Support parts inventory research and engineer mandatory components when required.
• Work with vendors to enhance tool performance and support, and report line‑down situations.
