    • Security & Compliance – Review STIG compliance guidance and validate current configurations against RHOSP
17.x standards; verify firewall, SELinux, and authentication policies on controller and compute nodes; conduct vulnerability scans using Red Hat Insights or OpenSCAP, tracking remediation and compliance.
    • Capacity & Performance – Add and validate compute nodes using Director (TripleO); support GPU node onboarding and verify Nova GPU scheduling; perform performance tuning for Nova, Neutron, and Cinder services.
    • Automation & Efficiency – Develop Ansible playbooks for provisioning, patching, and backups; maintain Git‑based automation repositories for version control and change management; identify knowledge or tooling gaps across RHOSP environments, propose and lead training or shadowing sessions, and provide monthly improvement reports.
