Job Summary
This IT Infrastructure/Dev Ops Engineer position will join a dynamic and fast-growing global IT organization in San Jose, California, or Kirkland, Washington supporting world-wide operations with major sites in the US, EU, and APAC. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our 24/7 production environment, managing infrastructure, and driving continuous improvement in our systems and processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a challenging and rewarding environment.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our critical infrastructure while contributing to the overall success of our organization.
- Provide 24/7 support for production systems, ensuring high availability and performance
- Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions using a variety of technologies
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using Python, Bash, and Ansible
- Manage and optimize Linux and Windows operating systems
- Implement and maintain API integrations to enhance system interoperability
- Administer and troubleshoot Open Stack and VMware environments
- Manage and optimize storage solutions, including Nimble, Pure, and Net App systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver and support multiple projects simultaneously
- Continuously improve infrastructure and processes to enhance efficiency and reliability
- Proven experience in a Dev Ops or Infrastructure Engineering role, preferably in a 24/7 production environment
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, and Ansible scripting
- Experience with API integration and development
- Hands‑on experience with Open Stack and VMware virtualization technologies
- Familiarity with storage systems, particularly Nimble, Pure, and Net App
- Experience in data center operations and management
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, VMware, Red Hat)
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack)
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Proactive approach to problem‑solving and system optimization
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as part of the 24/7 support rotation

Pay Range$110,000–$160,000 (based on market location, experience, skills, education, and other job‑related factors).
