Endava is seeking a Senior Performance Engineer to define and lead performance strategies for cloud-native applications hosted on Google Cloud Platform. You will partner with multiple teams to optimize microservices, databases, APIs and real-time workflows, driving observability and capacity planning.
You will mentor a team of 4–5 engineers, champion a performance-first culture, and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines. Strong GCP expertise and excellent communication are essential.
