Zoom is seeking an Operations Engineer to support data center infrastructure and services across Zoom Phone, Zoom Contact Center, Zoom Virtual Agent, and Zoom Workforce management. You’ll monitor systems, coordinate with networking and sysadmin teams, and manage hardware lifecycle in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
You will work nights/holidays as needed and contribute to performance metrics, cost controls, and escalation-free customer support.
