Job Summary
Joining a global IT team and reporting to the IT Director, this role supports 300+ ERP system users worldwide with a focus on US and EU users in Finance and Sales & Marketing. Key responsibilities include technical issue resolution through vendor management, user training, access and profile configuration, process automation and efficiency improvement projects, IT audit support (SOX), system integration, and business requirement definition with other managers.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as point‑of‑contact for ERP users in the US and Europe to resolve system issues from access configuration to report generation and provide user training.
- Collaborate with the ERP vendor to manage technical issue resolution and system updates.
- Respond to daily user issues, maintain the ERP system, conduct updates, and manage user access and security.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operations through better use of the ERP system or its integration.
- Adopt best practices for data accuracy, security, and governance of the ERP system.
- Manage data imports and reporting, including use of tools such as PowerBI.
- Collect user inputs, translate them into system configurations and solution plans.
- Diagnose and resolve system issues to maintain operational continuity and performance.
- BSc in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- 5 to 15 years of hands‑on experience with ERP, CRM, or other IT systems in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Distribution.
- Experience with IFS ERP is a plus.
- Experience with ERP‑enabled business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.
- Experience in database administration, data analysis, scripting or system integration.
- Proficiency in SQL, with knowledge of Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and related databases.
- Excellent communication, coordination and project‑management skills.
- IT experience in the high‑tech or semiconductor industry is a plus.

CompensationBase salary range: $120,000 – $150,000. Pay is based on market location and may vary according to experience, skills, education, and other factors.
