Therma is seeking a Temporary IT Support Specialist to be the onsite IT presence for San Jose offices, handling first-line incidents and service requests across hardware, software, and peripherals.
You will log and resolve issues with Service Now, manage ~2000 devices, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors, reporting to the IT Operations Manager. This role is 3-6 months with potential conversion.
