• Identify customer requirements and bridge internal experts for technical deep-dives, development planning, and global resource arrangement.
• Lead technical discussion and negotiate towards consensus among multi-parties.
• Manage project health and identify potential risk along with mitigation plan.
• Act as the main communicator to internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, business groups, and leadership.
• Customer-facing role and work closely with the business group to create new opportunities for design-in and design-win.

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in engineering development or program management, including large-scale SOC platform activities.
• Fast learner with broad knowledge on embedded systems (Android, Linux/Yocto, RTOS).
• Demonstrate function domain development experience (multimedia, display, camera, AI, performance) and leadership skills to drive progress.
• Experience in global resource coordination is a plus.

• Salary range: $,000 annually.
• Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short- and long-term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent on the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
