Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of Blue Yonder Master Production Scheduling (MPS) as part of a large-scale enterprise supply chain transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing enterprise software implementations involving Blue Yonder/JDA, manufacturing planning, ERP integrations, and business intelligence platforms including Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional stakeholder management, project governance, and expertise in delivering complex IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Blue Yonder Master Production Scheduling (MPS) solution.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resource plans, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Production Planning, ERP, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and third-party implementation partners.
  • Manage reporting and analytics work streams involving Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI to support operational and executive reporting.
  • Oversee integration activities between Blue Yonder, SAP ERP, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, and other enterprise applications.
  • Drive project governance, executive reporting, steering committee meetings, RAID management, and stakeholder communications.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead testing, cutover planning, deployment, hypercare, and project closure activities.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational IT governance, security standards, and implementation best practices.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and lessons learned.
  • Coordinate globally distributed teams while ensuring timely project delivery across multiple time zones.

Must-have

Skills:

  • 10+ years of IT Project Management experience leading enterprise software implementation projects.
  • Proven experience managing Blue Yonder (JDA) Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Supply Planning, or Manufacturing Planning implementations.
  • Strong experience delivering reporting and analytics projects using Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Experience integrating Blue Yonder with SAP S/4

    HANA, SAP ECC, or other ERP platforms.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing planning, production scheduling, MRP, supply chain planning, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Strong experience with project management tools including Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, and Service Now.
  • Proven leadership managing cross-functional business, technical, and vendor teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, risk management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Nice-to-have

Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with additional Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning modules.
  • Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Knowledge of enterprise data warehousing and large-scale systems integration.
  • Experience supporting global manufacturing and supply chain transformation programs.
  • Familiarity with enterprise PMO governance and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or SAFe certification preferred.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Background in enterprise software implementations, manufacturing operations, production planning, and supply chain transformation programs.
