We are seeking an experienced IFS Solution Architect with strong expertise in Service, Projects and Finance to support a high-priority initiative. This role is ideal for a hands-on architect who can translate complex business requirements into scalable IFS solutions and provide strategic guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle.

The Solution Architect will work closely with project leadership and functional teams to design, configure, and optimize IFS ERP solutions, with a focus on Service, Projects, Finance, and related modules. Experience with IFS Cloud and PSO is highly desirable, though not required.

• Design and deliver IFS ERP solutions with a focus on Service, Project and Financial Management, following industry best practices
• Apply business process and system expertise across areas such as Service, Projects, Finance, Contracts, Logistics, and Inventory
• Lead the formulation of business and functional requirements aligned to organizational goals
• Oversee and participate in IFS configuration, testing, and solution validation activities
• Support change management and adoption initiatives related to IFS implementations
• Partner with project managers to identify risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
• Contribute to solution architecture designs, target-state architectures, and implementation roadmaps
• Participate in the development and improvement of implementation methodologies, tools, and standards
• Support sales and pre-sales activities as an IFS subject matter expert when needed
• Mentor and coach consultants and client team members
• Participate in knowledge transfer and continuous improvement initiatives

• Strong experience as an IFS Solution Architect supporting ERP implementations
• Deep functional knowledge of Service, Projects and Finance within IFS
• Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable ERP solutions
• Hands-on experience with IFS configuration, testing, and solution design
• Familiarity with additional IFS modules such as Supply Chain, Service Management, or PSO is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to operate effectively across business and technical audiences, including senior leadership
• Experience working in fast-paced, multi-project environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
