Position Duties

The Information Technology Department is currently recruiting for a Business Systems Programmer/Analyst on the Business Process Automation Team. This position will play an important role in enabling digital transformation and automation of most, if not all, of the City's administrative processes, which are largely manual, and paper based.

We are looking for a candidate who is excited to be part of the City's Digital Work force efforts. Key duties include but not limited to:

* Participating in product discovery, leading requirement gathering and/or meetings and managing stakeholder expectations, assisting process owners in documenting business requirements and functional product specifications.

* Leading the efforts to develop training and/or user education materials and strategies.
