Your Missions In Brief

Within the Information Systems Directorate, you actively participate in the definition, evolution, and sustainability of the information system architecture of the community. As a true technical reference, you ensure the coherence of all IT infrastructures (hardware, systems, networks, databases, applications, middleware...) and accompany their evolution to meet the challenges of performance, security, and continuity of the public service.

- Define and evolve the information system architecture
- Design and maintain a coherent and efficient technical architecture
- Define, implement, and evolve technical standards
- Ensure the coherence of the community's IT infrastructures
- Integrate new technologies into the information system

- Advise and support projects
- Analyze the technical and organizational impacts of proposed solutions
- Develop technical recommendations tailored to the needs of services
- Propose scenarios for the evolution of the information system
- Be a force of proposal with the Information Systems Directorate

- Promote best practices
- Define and manage the technical repository of the information system (standards, procedures, security, tools...) - Sensitize users and teams to the evolutions of the technical architecture
- Accompany services in the appropriation of implemented solutions

- Ensure permanent technological vigilance
- Research and analyze technological evolutions
- Anticipate innovations that can improve the performance of the information system
- Identify opportunities for the evolution of infrastructures and digital tools

- System infrastructures, networks, databases, and technical environments
- Methods for analyzing technical and organizational impacts
- Information system security standards
- Methods of technological vigilance and innovation

Working conditions
- Position attached to the Information Systems Directorate
- Work mainly in the office
- Hours may be adapted according to service needs

- You work closely with the Director of Information Systems and maintain regular relations with all services of the community to support digital projects

Engineer

Art. L332-14 of the general code of public service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position in the waiting period for the recruitment of a civil servant. The proposed contract may not exceed one year, renewable for a total duration of 2 years.
