We are seeking a highly experienced Identity and Access Management Security Engineer (IAMSE) to lead the implementation, optimization, and modernization of enterprise IAM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Okta, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Passwordless Authentication, Zero Trust Architecture, and enterprise security transformation initiatives. This role requires strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive security programs across large-scale enterprise environments.

• Lead implementation and optimization of enterprise IAM solutions, including Okta, MFA, and passwordless authentication technologies.
• Identify, assess, and remediate authentication and access control security gaps.
• Drive enterprise adoption of phishing-resistant MFA, biometrics, and passwordless authentication solutions.
• Proactively identify risks, gaps, dependencies, and security vulnerabilities and drive resolution independently.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new Okta features and industry best practices to improve security posture and user experience.
• Lead the adoption and implementation of Zero Trust security principles utilizing ZScaler or equivalent technologies.

• Partner with cybersecurity teams to identify high-risk applications, access vulnerabilities, and emerging threats.
• Ensure secure access management for internal users, external users, and M&A integration activities.
• Coordinate security assessments, audits, compliance reviews, and remediation efforts.
• Ensure adherence to organizational security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Develop rollout plans, security documentation, and user adoption strategies across desktop and mobile platforms.

• Facilitate decision-making among architecture, security, infrastructure, and operations teams.
• Align IAM solutions with business objectives, security requirements, and organizational risk posture.
• Lead security transformation and modernization initiatives across enterprise environments.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting for identity services supporting internal and external users.
• Drive awareness and phased enforcement of new security controls across the organization.

• 12+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on Identity & Access Management, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD (Entra ), Ping Identity, or similar solutions.
• Okta Certification is mandatory.
• Deep expertise in:
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
• Passwordless Authentication
• Biometrics-based Authentication
• Zero Trust Architecture
• DMZ and Enterprise Network Security Models
• Experience working within large-scale enterprise application environments.
• Proven success leading cross-functional security and technology initiatives.
• Experience driving enterprise security transformation and modernization programs.
• Familiarity with ZScaler or comparable Zero Trust security platforms.
• Strong project ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivery timelines and quality.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and presentation skills.

• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integrations.
• Knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
• Experience with cloud security and hybrid enterprise environments.
• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.
