Pearls is seeking an HDE Analyst to identify and scope projects around provider EMR connections, ESF2 data, and HEDIS optimization. You will work with delivery teams to meet milestones and ensure successful adoption of new capabilities.
The role owns EMR connectivity configuration, data filtering/mapping, and ongoing troubleshooting to ensure accurate data flow. Strong Epic and BI skills are essential.
