Our client is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their team. In this role you will be part of the IT support team supporting end users in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have prioritization skills, troubleshooting skills, and communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$29.56/hr
What’s the Job?- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user technical issues.
- Deploy and provision end-user hardware, including imaging, software installation, asset management, and workstation setup.
- Support Active Directory administration, including account administration and password management.
- Handle access control and system support responsibilities.
- Experience providing Tier 1 desktop support in a corporate environment.
- Experience prioritizing and resolving competing support requests.
- Experience deploying and provisioning end-user hardware.
- Experience with imaging, software installation, asset management, and workstation setup.
- Experience supporting Active Directory, including account administration, password management, access control, and system support.
- Opportunity to provide IT support in a corporate environment.
- Hands-on experience with desktop support and end-user technologies.
- Work with hardware deployment and provisioning processes.
- Exposure to Active Directory administration and access management.
