We are seeking a visionary and high-impact Data & AI Practitioner to join our leadership team,This is a unique, dual-hatted role requiring a rare blend of deep technical mastery and proven commercial acumen.
You will own the entire Data & AI value chain – from data creation to modern consumption – helping enterprise clients transform their businesses through data architecture, Enterprise AI, Generative AI, and Agentic workflows.
As a leader originating from a Center of Excellence (CoE) background, you possess the technical gravitas to architect complex solutions and the consulting finesse to originate, shape, and close large-scale deals.

• Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Consulting Background:
    Minimum of 10–15 years in a premier management or technology consulting firm, managing client relationships and driving growth.
  • Proven Track Record:
    Demonstrated success in identifying, structuring, and closing large-scale Data/AI deals and managing large delivery programs.
  • CoE Pedigree:
    Past technical leadership roles within a Data & AI Center of Excellence or enterprise architecture group.
• Technical Expertise
  • Core Data Engineering:
    Deep understanding of data modeling, ingestion pipelines, storage, and modern data stack paradigms.
  • Cloud & Data Platforms:
    Advanced proficiency with Databricks, Snowflake, and at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • AI Portfolio:
    Proven experience deploying Enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions. Must understand the data needs, security guardrails, and architectural patterns of Agentic AI (autonomous agents, multi-agent frameworks).
  • BI & Analytics:
    Solid grasp of business intelligence, data democratization, and insights consumption strategy.

Global Logic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in USA is $180,000 – $210,000 and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower. Global Logic takes many factors in consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.
