We are one piece of a larger community of those who care and are cared for. Whether it’s medical professionals or the patients they serve, we are inspired by those who wear our uniforms every day.
What You’ll DoThe Senior Manager, Strategy Analytics is the data engine behind Careismatic's Digital Commerce organization. You will build the measurement infrastructure, reporting layer, and analytical capability that gives every function in Digital Commerce — Traffic, Site Ownership, Product, Content, and Operations — a reliable, consistent view of business performance and the inputs that drive it. This is a greenfield role. There is no inherited stack to maintain and no backlog of technical debt to work through — you will help define what good looks like for Digital Commerce analytics at Careismatic, partner with the central BI team to establish the right boundaries and shared infrastructure and build from there.
The ability to operate with ambiguity, make pragmatic architecture decisions, and prioritize ruthlessly will be as important as technical skill. You will report into the Tech Lead – Ecommerce and work as a close partner to the Senior Product Manager, VP Traffic, Site Owners, and Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing Operations — serving as the analytical counterpart to each of those functions and ensuring they have the data they need to make fast, confident decisions.
You’ll Do It Measurement Infrastructure & Data Pipeline
- Partner with the Tech Lead – Ecommerce and central BI team to define the Digital Commerce data architecture — establishing where data lives, how it flows between systems (Shopify, ad platforms, ESP, analytics tools), and what the reporting layer is built on.
- Own the implementation and ongoing maintenance of tracking across all five brand sites — ensuring GA4, pixel infrastructure, and event-level data capture are accurate, complete, and consistent across the portfolio.
- Build and maintain data pipelines that consolidate performance data from disparate sources — paid media platforms, email/SMS tools, Shopify, affiliate networks, and site analytics — into unified, reliable reporting views.
- Establish data governance standards for Digital Commerce: metric definitions, naming conventions, attribution logic, and data quality checkpoints that ensure consistency across all reporting surfaces.
- Collaborate with the central BI team to align on shared infrastructure, avoid duplication of effort, and ensure Digital Commerce data is appropriately integrated into enterprise-wide reporting where relevant.
- Recurring Reporting & Performance Dashboards. Design and maintain the core suite of Digital Commerce performance dashboards — covering channel-level traffic and spend efficiency, site conversion funnel, P&L KPIs by brand and collection, email and lifecycle performance, and SEO/organic health.
- Own the weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadence for the Digital Commerce organization, delivering clean, accurate, and actionable performance summaries to channel owners and the SVP, Digital Commerce.
- Build executive-ready reporting views that surface the metrics that matter most to leadership — revenue, new customer CAC, working media as % of sales, CVR, AOV, and margin — without requiring manual assembly each cycle.
- Maintain a single source of truth for Digital Commerce KPIs, ensuring that all teams are working from consistent definitions and that discrepancies between platform-reported and internally reported numbers are identified and resolved.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis & Business Insights. Serve as the analytical resource for ad-hoc requests across the Digital Commerce org — answering questions from Site Owners, the VP Traffic, the SPM, and others that require pulling, joining, and interpreting data from multiple sources.
- Go beyond descriptive reporting to identify the controllable inputs that drive business outcomes — surfacing which levers (media mix, promotional depth, content quality, site speed, lifecycle frequency) have the highest…
