Senior Shopify E-commerce Manager -USA Market - USA Work hours

We are looking for someone with strong hands-on Shopify and e-commerce experience specifically with US-based brands or clients — who can take ownership of the commercial performance of all three of our Shopify websites. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, not a purely managerial position.

• Manage merchandising and commercial performance across all three Shopify stores
• Monitor and improve conversion rate, revenue, and average order value (AOV)
• Plan and execute website promotions, bundles, discounts, upsells, and cross-sells - including US-specific sale periods (BFCM, Memorial Day, back-to-school, etc.)
• Analyze competitor websites, pricing, promotions, and customer experience within the US market
• Review Shopify and GA4 performance data to identify conversion opportunities
• Improve product pages, collection pages, navigation, and landing pages
• Develop and execute CRO and A/B testing ideas
• Maintain a promotional calendar across all brands, aligned with the US retail calendar
• Coordinate website campaigns with paid media, email, and social media teams
• Work with developers and QA on website improvements
• Provide weekly reporting on revenue, conversion rate, AOV, cart/checkout abandonment, top-performing products, and improvement opportunities

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Shopify store management
  , specifically for US-based brands or clients (domestic-only experience will not be considered)
• Proven experience planning and executing promotions around US shopping events (Black Friday/Cyber Monday, back-to-school, Memorial Day, etc.)
• Strong working knowledge of Shopify admin, reports, and commonly used apps (upsell, CRO, reviews, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with GA4 for e-commerce reporting and funnel analysis
• Comfortable working with US time zones for campaign scheduling and occasional overlap calls/meetings
• Experience coordinating with US-based teams or clients (marketing, dev, QA)

• Candidates with only India/domestic market Shopify experience
• Purely technical/developer profiles (Liquid coding, theme development) - this is a commercial/merchandising role
• Candidates looking for a purely managerial/oversight position without hands-on execution.
