Teceze USA seeks a Deskside Support Engineer with 3–5 years of IT infrastructure support experience for on-site troubleshooting and operations. You will handle basic networking, data center tasks, monitoring tools, and coordination with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.
You will assist with VoIP phones, VLANs, and switch configurations, while working in an SLA-driven environment. Prior knowledge of ITSM tools (Service Now) and DCIM monitoring is a plus.
