Our client, a technology-focused organization, is seeking an IT Support Technician to join their team. As an IT Support Technician, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting internal employees and technology operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

12 months Contract

• Provide first-level technical support through a ticketing system and walk-up support desk.
• Troubleshoot Windows devices and assist employees with technical issues.
• Set up, provision, refresh, and replace end-user devices and accessories.
• Maintain asset inventory and organize physical and virtual stockrooms.
• Create and update process documentation while supporting IT projects.

• 0-2 years of IT support, help desk, or related experience.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with Android and iOS mobile devices.
• Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
