- 15-20 years of experience
- Multiple industry cycles
- Must know template best practices
- Must have worked in functional and technical roles
- Must have solved different problems
- Hands-on configuration experience
- Can drive standardization
- Must have experience in Solution, Support, and or deployment
- Must be able to enhance global templates to meet the needs of a specific data center - set template directions
- Product experience and cycles on products
- Must be an EWM global architect
- 15-20 years of experience
