SAP Integration Analyst – RMA & EDI Specialist
We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Analyst to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of an automated Return Material Authorization (RMA) process, with a strong emphasis on EDI integration. This role is ideal for a candidate with in-depth knowledge of SAP SD configuration, proven expertise in EDI standards (IDoc/X12/EDIFACT), and a solid background in driving Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation projects in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document detailed business requirements related to RMA and returns, including Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, and Credit Memos.
- Design and manage EDI interfaces for both inbound and outbound sales, shipping, and credit transactions using IDoc, X12, and EDIFACT standards.
- Collaborate with the SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) team to define functional specifications for IDoc-EDI mappings, transformation logic, and error handling.
- Create and execute integration test plans and UAT scripts, driving issue resolution and ensuring business sign-off.
- Write functional specifications for ABAP enhancements including custom reports, IDoc extensions, and business validation logic.
- Lead cutover activities and provide hyper-care support post go-live, ensuring seamless adoption of RMA automation processes.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of RMA workflows, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in SAP SD configuration and end-to-end RMA process design.
- Hands-on experience with EDI standards including IDoc, X12, and EDIFACT.
- Familiarity with SAP CPI or other middleware tools for integration.
- Proven ability to drive large-scale Order-to-Cash transformation initiatives.
- Solid understanding of SAP testing (integration, UAT), cutover planning, and post-deployment support.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
