Experienced QA Analyst with 5+ years of expertise in Manual and Automation Testing across Salesforce, Banking, Logistics, and Enterprise applications. Proficient in Selenium Web Driver, Java, TestNG, Maven, Jenkins, SQL, API Testing, and Agile methodologies, with strong experience in creating and maintaining automation frameworks. Salesforce Certified Administrator with hands-on experience supporting Salesforce Resource Management, PPM, user administration, reporting, workflows, and platform support for large-scale enterprise environments.
Skilled in end-to-end testing, defect management, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering high-quality software solutions through functional, regression, integration, UAT, and database testing.
