We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Director of Product Management, Software to drive the growth and expansion of our Infrastructure management software portfolio. This role requires strong leadership skills, including proven experience building, leading, and developing high-performing product management teams. This position will be based at our headquarters located in San Jose, CA.
responsibilities
- Own multi-quarter or multi-year product roadmaps and business cases of management software at Data center level
- Hire, mentor, and scale organizations of product managers and leaders
- Execute business growth and oversee SW release decisions
- Handle escalations related to Infrastructure management software
- 15+ years' experience in Datacenter Infrastructure Management technology with 10+ years of direct people leadership and P&L roles
