We’re looking for a Salesforce Admin to own and evolve our Service Cloud platform supporting a global customer support organization.
You'll- Administer and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud (workflows, automation, reports, integrations)
- Partner with support ops and Salesforce developers on enhancements and integrations (e.g., Amazon Connect)
- Ensure data integrity, security, and platform health
- Deliver dashboards and insights that improve agent productivity and customer experience
- 5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator in a support/contact-center environment
- Advanced Admin or Service Cloud Consultant cert
- Amazon Connect or CTI experience
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (Admin II).
