We are seeking a skilled and analytical Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power BI, data modeling, SQL, and reporting technologies, with a strong ability to translate business requirements into intuitive dashboards and actionable insights.

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power BI, data modeling, SQL, and reporting technologies, with a strong ability to translate business requirements into intuitive dashboards and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and convert them into technical solutions.
- Create and maintain data models, datasets, and data visualizations.
- Develop Power Query transformations and DAX calculations to support reporting requirements.
- Connect and integrate data from multiple sources, including SQL Server, Azure, Excel, APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Implement row-level security (RLS) and data governance best practices.
- Automate reporting processes and improve reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate with business users, data engineers, and IT teams to deliver BI solutions.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
- Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
- Experience with Power Query and ETL processes.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Knowledge of data modeling concepts including star schema and snowflake schema.
- Experience working with Azure Data Services (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse, etc.) is preferred.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and BI architecture.
- Familiarity with Power BI Service, Gateway, Work spaces, and Deployment Pipelines.
- Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Microsoft Power BI Certification (PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate) preferred.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of Python, R, or advanced analytics tools is an added advantage.
