Veeam is looking for a Senior Director, Product Management to own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our Data and AI Security portfolio, including Data Security and AI Security Posture Management (AISPM). This portfolio came into Veeam through theSecuritiAI acquisition and is a strategic priority area as Veeambuilds outdata and AI trust capabilities.

This person reports directly to the CEO andacts as the connective tissue between market opportunity, engineering execution, and executive strategy. They will set direction for thedata security/AISPM product team, represent product strategy in executive-level conversations, andbe accountable for translating strategy into a roadmap the broader org can rally behind.

This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role, looking for someone who can move fast andmake sound calls independently.

• Responsible for the Data and AI Security portfolio and adjacent data access governance capabilities
• Leadanddevelop the product management team supporting this portfolio, setting cleargoalsandraising the bar on execution
• Translate company strategy into a prioritized roadmap, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact across arecently acquired product line
• Represent product strategy directly to the CEO and executive team, with clear,data-driven narratives
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering,Design, Marketing, and Sales leadership to ensure alignment from concept to launch
• Own pricing, packaging, and go-to-market input for thedata and AI security product line
• Bring a strong point of view on thedata security posture management andAI governance competitive landscape, anduse that to inform roadmapdecisions

• 10+ years in product management, with meaningful time leading product teams
• Direct experience in data security,data access governance, cloud security posture management (CSPM/CIEM), or AI governance/security
• Track record owning product strategy for a security ordata governance platform, ideally in a company that scaledor was acquired
• Proven ability tooperatewith high autonomy andreportdirectly to executive leadership, including comfort presenting to a CEO with minimal hand-holding
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable making prioritization calls usingdata plus judgment whendata is incomplete
• Exceptional written andverbal communication; can distill complexity into a clear, executive-ready narrative
• Demonstratedsuccessdriving cross-functional alignment across Engineering,Design, Sales, and Marketing
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience

• Experience integrating an acquired product line into a larger platform
• Experience with platform andintegrations product management (RBAC, MFA, API-level access controls)
• Mix of startup and enterprise experience
