DevOps Engineer

As a Sr. Dev Ops Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the platform development and operational excellence teams. Job Title: Sr. Dev Ops Engineer

Location: San Jose, California

Salary: starting from $150,000

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable, reliable cloud‑native systems on AWS, utilizing serverless and containerization technologies.
• Own the development and maintenance of automation pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and infrastructure as code to enhance deployment efficiency and system stability.
• Design and implement monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions to ensure high system availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and guide engineering team members on best practices, technical standards, and innovative solutions.

• 8+ years of experience in Dev Ops, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles with a proven track record of managing large‑scale projects.
• Deep expertise in cloud‑native technologies, especially Kubernetes, AWS, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Cloud Watch, and Open Telemetry.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or Go.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while leading technical initiatives.
