• Build up and manage the Governance Platform team in the US.
• Maintain strong hands-on abilities, including designing/architecting solutions and providing technical support for engineers in the team.
• Align with business and organizational objectives, coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver key results, and contribute technical decisions on projects and products.
• Define long-term technical roadmap for the team.

• Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience managing or tech-leading a software engineering team with 5+ engineers.
• Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication of technical information to technical and non-technical collaborators across functions and levels.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong experience with E-Commerce. Governance experience (including Anti-Fraud and Risk Management) is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience developing highly scalable backend services and systems.

For Pay Transparency Compensation Description (Annually):
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $208,800 - $616,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and location. This role may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits and time off vary by location and employment type. Onboarding benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 holidays, 10 sick days, and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated at hire).
