• Set design direction, lead new projects from scratch, and redesign key product features to create user-friendly experiences that make a global impact.

• Experience designing across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Desktop, Mobile Web).
• 0 to 1 experience or experience redesigning major product elements.
• Systems thinker with the ability to look beyond pixels.
• Ability to simplify complex information into digestible solutions.

• 5+ years of experience in product design with strong visual, interaction, and craft skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, adapt to challenges, and maintain a bias for action.
• Experience working with diverse, global teams and research disciplines to create impactful products.
• Effective communication and storytelling skills, with stakeholder engagement experience.

Salary range in selected city: $115,000 - $229,500 annually. Compensation varies based on experience, location, and other factors. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid leave, and more. Details may change at any time.
