This is an exciting opportunity to work for a semiconductor startup that is creating optical interconnect technology for Data Centers, AI and Computing. The Role:You will be responsible for providing application support, assisting users with technical issues and managing hardware across the business. You will provide remote support to end-users via phone and email making sure to effectively resolve technical issues. Day to day tasks include troubleshooting of hardware issues on laptops, desktops, printers as well as providing support to Windows 11 and Microsoft 365, working on TCP/IP Networking and helping to diagnose connectivity issues.
Skills & Experience:- At least 2 years working in an IT Support / Help Desk role
- Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
- TCP/IP (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol)
- Experience with Network Connections, DNS, DHCP, PING and Drive Mapping
- SSO (Single Sign-On) and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
- Strong communication skills with customer interactions
- Remote desktop software experience is preferred
