HPE’s acquisition of Juniper Networks is one of the most significant moves in the company’s history, bringing two networking leaders together to build HPE Networking, with the ambition of creating the best networking business on the planet. This role sits at the center of that effort as part of the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) program, responsible for unifying quoting, ordering, and fulfillment across the combined HPE and Juniper networking portfolios onto a single platform, replacing fragmented legacy systems with one seamless, scalable experience for sellers, partners, and customers worldwide.

As part of a fast-moving, multi-year transformation, the team will stabilize near-term operations, migrate core platforms, onboard businesses and suppliers globally, and build new capabilities from the ground up. The choices made here will shape how the combined networking business operates for years to come. You will work closely with business leaders, IT architects, suppliers, and partner stakeholders on a program with direct executive visibility, solving integration challenges at a scale few companies ever attempt.

Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the SAP BRIM workstream (Subscription Order Management, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and FI‑CA) within the L2C program, from requirements through design, build, test, cutover, and Hyper Care. Own the integrated project plan, milestones, critical path, and RACI, and keep delivery aligned to the broader L2C roadmap and dependent work streams. Manage a cross‑functional delivery team spanning HPE business and IT stakeholders, system integrator partners, and onshore/offshore development and testing resources.

Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resourcing, including forecast versus actuals, change control, and clear trade‑off recommendations when priorities shift. Own RAID management — proactively surface risks, issues, assumptions, and cross‑workstream dependencies, and drive them to closure with the right level of escalation. Coordinate integration design and delivery across SAP S/4

HANA, CPQ, CRM, entitlement and fulfillment platforms, and the data migration streams supporting the combined HPE and Juniper portfolios.
