To oversee multiple design teams, set organizational design standards, and drive innovation in the design process and ensure that design efforts have a significant impact on achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

To leverage design expertise to ensure that software and products exhibit user-friendliness, intuitiveness, and alignment with user expectations, contributing to the creation of seamless user experiences.

To lead a team of designers, provide guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions in alignment with the overall business goals.

To present design concepts and play a crucial role in shaping the overall design vision and strategy.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
