Lead Service Now Developer1

Location- US - San Jose [Should work from office]

Jade is looking for resources (8-12 years of exp):

• Who has a strong understanding of Service Now products.
• Who will be Developing and implementing new Service Now applications.
• Who will be an active contributor in developing workflows and scripts to personalize existing Service Now applications and automate and improve business processes.
• Who is Create/ Manage web portals used by internal and external clients, using JavaScript/ Boot Strap / Angular.
• Who will Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of Service Now and its applications.
• Work directly with end users to resolve issues in Service Now.
• Participate in problem-solving during Service Now development, testing and production.

• Minimum 6+ years of Strong experience of software development experience and atleast 6 + years of experience in Service Now applications development and implementation of Service Now IT products like ITSM or ITAM or ITOM or ITBM or Sec Ops.
• Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization.
• Develop small standalone SN tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows.
• Create and configure workflows based on the business requirements and best practices.
• Perform integration between Service Now and other customer business systems.
• Create/ Manage all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc.
• Has experience in deploying and validating Service Now patches/updates and new versions of the platform.

• Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.

Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses, and equity.
