• Own the daily content calendar for the US market. Hands‑on selection of featured native XR content and 3D/2D video highlights to keep the platform fresh and culturally resonant.
• Execute localized campaigns to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement; create in‑app events, community outreach, and push‑notification strategies for international users.
• Serve as the main point of contact for external streaming partners (e.g., You Tube, Netflix); ensure their integration in the XR environment is optimized and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Act as the "voice of the US user" and work with R&D and Product teams to provide feedback on UI/UX localization, feature requests, and regional bugs so the app feels native.
• Independently track and analyze key metrics (DAU, watch time, retention); translate raw data into actionable insights and reports for global management.
• Scout and coordinate with local XR creators, influencers, and XR camera companies to bring exclusive native content and increase brand visibility.

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in content operations, app growth, or digital streaming (OTT) for the US market.
• Deep intuitive understanding of US pop culture, streaming trends, and social media dynamics.
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese to manage stakeholders in the China market.
• Proven track record of executing projects independently – the sole owner from ideation to delivery.
• Experience with data visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, internal dashboards) to drive operational decisions.

• Prior experience in VR/AR/MR space.
• Solid understanding of spatial content consumption differences compared with 2‑D screens.
• Experience managing operational relationships with major US media entities or app developers.
• Comfortable working across time zones and navigating cross‑border organizational structures.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $93,600 – $220,400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and location. The base pay is one part of a total package that may include discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.
