Global SAP EWM​/IM Lead S​/HANA Warehouse & Automation

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP IM and EWM work streams, ensuring seamless warehouse and logistics execution.
• Define and implement warehouse/inventory strategies including S/4
  
  HANA EWM roadmap, automation (RF, robotics, AS/RS).
• Analyze, design, and deploy end-to-end warehouse processes (inbound, putaway, storage, picking, packing, shipping, physical inventory).
• Drive global standardization of warehouse processes using Yokoten methodology.
• Optimize SAP system capabilities to improve inventory accuracy, throughput, space utilization, and labor productivity.
• Integrate SAP with MES, transportation, and automation systems (AGV/AMR).
• Govern inventory controls including batch/serial management, traceability, and cycle counting.
• Lead WMEWM migrations, global rollouts, and transformation initiatives.
• Develop process documentation, configuration design, and training aligned with global templates.
• Ensure compliance with global IT controls, audit requirements, and valuation standards.
• Collaborate with 3PL providers, automation vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver warehouse excellence.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Master’s in Business, IT, or Engineering.
• 10–15 years of SAP experience with strong focus on MM, WM, and EWM.
• Proven track record in S/4
  
  HANA implementations, rollouts, and migrations.
• Business understanding of Automotive/Manufacturing domain.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Effective leadership in team management, governance, and project execution.
• SAP certifications in EWM, Procurement, or Project Management preferred.
