Semiconductor Technical Trainer

Location: San Jose, CA |
Schedule: Full-time, on-site 5 days a week |
Compensation: $80, plus discretionary bonus

Our client is a leading provider of consumer, business-to-business, and industrial digital imaging solutions serving markets across the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean. The company is seeking a Technical Course Development Trainer to deliver hands‑on training on industrial photolithography equipment. This role offers the chance to blend technical expertise with course development and instructional skills, working on‑site five days a week near San Jose, CA.

• Conduct user training on photolithography products
• Provide classroom and laboratory training for internal and external customer courses covering operation, preventive maintenance, application, and installation of photolithography equipment
• Develop new internal and external technical materials and lesson plans
• Revise existing technical materials to keep them current and accurate
• Partner with customers and internal team members to implement training and maintain equipment in clean rooms and training facilities for proper use in training and demonstrations
• Verify accuracy of technical procedures to support field service technicians and customer needs
• Deliver detailed presentations on technical topics
• Participate in discussion groups to share technical information and support the development of less experienced colleagues
• Contact customers to discuss training needs and gather feedback on current training programs and systems

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of related work experience
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Must reside close to the San Jose, CA area and report on‑site 5 days a week

• Semiconductor equipment and maintenance knowledge preferred
• Photolithography equipment knowledge helpful
• Prior experience as a technical trainer preferred
