Pacvue is hiring a Web Designer to help design and launch marketing websites, landing pages, and digital experiences that support product and growth efforts. This remote role works with marketing, product, and engineering teams while following established brand and design guidelines, using responsive, accessibility-focused, UI/UX best practices. You’ll also support Word Press no-code implementation and QA, helping bring designs to life end to end.
Whatyou’ll do
- Support the design and execution of marketing websites, landing pages, and digital experiences in collaboration with the Group Creative Marketing Manager
- Handle assigned design requests by balancing speed and quality
, and reach out to senior designers when priorities shift - Partner cross-functionally to understand ICP goals and ensure designs align with content and messaging
- Apply the existing website design system to maintain consistency with established visual brand standards
- Use website best practices
, accessibility standards, and responsive, mobile-first principles as defined by the team - Incorporate data and user insights provided by senior team members to iterate and optimize designs
- Join design reviews to share early-stage feedback, and apply direction from senior designers and stakeholders
- Support no-code implementation and publishing in Word Press
, including asset preparation and QA
, coordinated with development and marketing teams
- Working proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Foundational understanding of web, brand, or digital design and core UX/UI principles developed via coursework, internships, or early project work
- Some exposure designing for responsive, mobile-first marketing websites
- A portfolio that demonstrates turning information into clean, visually organized designs tailored to project and brand needs
- Comfort applying established design guidelines to complete assigned work, escalating questions to a senior designer or manager as needed
- Interest in collaborating with video or motion designers on web experiences
- Willingness to learn how to build and maintain design systems and component libraries under guidance
- Foundational skills in layout, composition, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory
- Eagerness to take ownership of individual project pieces with regular check-ins from marketing and development partners
- Clear communication skills, including explaining design choices and staying responsive to managers to help keep projects moving
- Commitment to a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning
- Self-motivation and ability to grow in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Salary: USD 60,000 - 75,000 per year. Remote role.
