We are looking for a Director Product Management, ZIA to join our team. This is a hybrid role, based in San Jose, CA, reporting to the VP, Product Management in the Product Management department. At Zscaler, we are on a mission to make the internet safe for every user, anywhere. In this role, you will lead Zscaler ZIA offerings including Zero Trust Firewall, DNS Security, IPS and new platform initiatives shaping the strategic direction of our ZIA and cybersecurity products and making a lasting impact on our global customer base.

• Define and drive Zscaler Internet Access(ZIA) offering including Zero Trust Firewall, DNS Security, IPS and new platform initiatives and working closely with Secure Web Gateway and Cybersecurity teams in alignment with company objectives and customer needs
• Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to bring products to market and ensure their success
• Engage directly with customers to understand their challenges, gather product feedback, and identify new opportunities
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring that products meet and exceed customer expectations
• Act as the internal subject matter expert, providing training and support to sales and cross-functional teams

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
• Proven track record in product management with a strong focus on cybersecurity solutions
