Data Art provides software development and technology services through cross-functional infrastructure, operations, and engineering teams.
Задачи- Monitor and support infrastructure systems across multiple environments
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues involving servers, networks, databases, applications, and infrastructure services
- Provide technical support for Linux and Windows Server environments
- Monitor system performance, availability, and alerts using Zabbix or similar tools
- Support and troubleshoot Apache, Nginx, and IIS web services
- Assist with administering and maintaining Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases
- Support cloud infrastructure hosted on AWS and Microsoft Azure
- Assist with deployments, configuration changes, and routine infrastructure operations
- Work with development and engineering teams to investigate and resolve technical issues
- Support CI/CD processes using Jenkins, Team City, Git, and related tools
- Work with configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or similar solutions
- Follow established procedures for incident investigation, escalation, and resolution
- Contribute to infrastructure automation and process improvements as technical skills develop
- Learn and grow into more advanced Dev Ops and infrastructure responsibilities with support from the team
- 1–2+ Years of experience in technical support, system administration, infrastructure operations, or a related technical role
- Good understanding of Linux and/or Windows Server environments
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues involving servers, networks, applications, or services
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD concepts
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and ability to learn Dev Ops, infrastructure, and automation technologies
- Ability to work independently during shifts while knowing when to elevate issues
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to work the required rotating 12-hour day/night shift schedule
- Nice to have:
Basic experience with Apache, Nginx, or IIS - experience with Zabbix or another monitoring platform
- basic knowledge of AWS or Microsoft Azure
- familiarity with Jenkins, Team City, Ansible, Puppet, or similar technologies
- basic scripting knowledge, preferably Python
- The position involves a rotating 12-hour shift schedule: 3 consecutive day shifts, 3 days off, 3 consecutive night shifts, and 3 days off
- Remote work is available in Bulgaria and Poland
