BI Incorporated is seeking a Case Manager for the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) to provide comprehensive case management from entry to release under a DHS contract. You will work closely with participants, conduct intake interviews, develop individual service plans and coordinate with community resources to ensure program success.
Position requires at least two years of customer service or case management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and bilingual English/Spanish.
