Job Overview
Our client is seeking a 6+ years experienced Litigation Associate to join their Real Estate Litigation team, handling complex real estate disputes.
Roles & Responsibilities- Manage real estate litigation matters from inception through resolution with minimal supervision.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis to develop effective litigation strategies.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests with precision and attention to detail.
- Represent clients in settlement negotiations, hearings, and trials.
- Independently identify legal issues and recommend strategic litigation approaches.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the State Bar of California.
- 6+ years of litigation experience, with strong focus on real estate disputes.
- Strong knowledge of California Code of Civil Procedure, Evidence Code, Civil Code, and Business & Professions Code.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to work independently.
- Base salary range: $205,000 - $255,000 (based on experience and qualifications).
