Mid-Level Litigation Associate

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a 6+ years experienced Litigation Associate to join their Real Estate Litigation team, handling complex real estate disputes.

• Manage real estate litigation matters from inception through resolution with minimal supervision.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests with precision and attention to detail.
• Represent clients in settlement negotiations, hearings, and trials.
• Independently identify legal issues and recommend strategic litigation approaches.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the State Bar of California.
• 6+ years of litigation experience, with strong focus on real estate disputes.
• Strong knowledge of California Code of Civil Procedure, Evidence Code, Civil Code, and Business & Professions Code.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to work independently.

• Base salary range: $205,000 - $255,000 (based on experience and qualifications).
