Salary: $205,000 - $255,000 per year

• 6‑8+ years of litigation experience with a demonstrated interest in real estate litigation; business litigation experience a plus
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the State Bar of California
• Strong working knowledge of the California Code of Civil Procedure, evidence code, and relevant areas of the civil code and Business & Professions Code
• Ability to manage cases from inception to resolution with general supervision
• Ability to independently identify issues and anticipate/recommend strategy in litigation
